WorldWarII: Una Storia Segreta. FIERI San Francisco will continue the
momentum oforganizing FIERI's larger scale cultural presentations that draws
newprominence to the organization under the rubric Trinity Project:
RenaissanceItalian America. These "Trinity" events will either: Celebrate
aspects of our rich and cultural heritage in Italy and effortsto rediscover
and strengthen it-GREEN; Revisit, explore and vindicate little-known and
misunderstood historicaloccurrences or personas-WHITE; or Reflect on Italian
American historical efforts against prejudice andstereotypes---RED. FIERI
San Francisco is planning an event that looks at the issue of the internment
of Italians in America during World War II and the 'enemy alien' designation
status of Italian Americans. This event is part of theconference cosponsored
